The Palomino Exhibitors Association of Wisconsin is the Wisconsin State affiliate of the Palomino Horse Breeders of America (PHBA). We are dedicated to promoting the Palomino horse and do so by holding PHBA sanctioned shows and encouraging others to own and and exhibit their palomino horses.
